New Home Sales Representative

About the Role:
LGI Homes is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven New Home Sales Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for selling new homes to potential buyers and guiding them through the homebuying process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sell new homes to potential buyers and meet or exceed sales targets
- Guide customers through the homebuying process and provide exceptional customer service
- Work closely with customers to understand their needs and preferences
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and referrals
- Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the growth of the company
Requirements:
- Top producing sales record and competitive spirit
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel to sales appointments
- Ability to obtain an active real estate license
