About the Role:

LGI Homes is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven New Home Sales Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for selling new homes to potential buyers and guiding them through the homebuying process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sell new homes to potential buyers and meet or exceed sales targets
  • Guide customers through the homebuying process and provide exceptional customer service
  • Work closely with customers to understand their needs and preferences
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and referrals
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the growth of the company

Requirements:

  • Top producing sales record and competitive spirit
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel to sales appointments
  • Ability to obtain an active real estate license
