Key Responsibilities- Installation and Configuration: Set up new devices, install operating systems, and necessary software.
- Maintenance and Updates: Ensure all systems are up-to-date and functioning correctly.
- Secure Data Wiping: Safeguard data security by following company protocols for data elimination.
- Technical Issue Management: Diagnose and resolve technical problems that may arise.
- Technical Support: Provide remote assistance to ensure patients can use XRHealth applications and devices effectively.

- Collaboration: Work with other teams to ensure the best possible experience for patients and clinicians.
- Previous IT Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.

- Technical Support Skills: Experience in providing technical support to end users, preferably in a healthcare or XR technology environment.
