Position Overview
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome customers promptly, maintaining a professional and approachable demeanor.
- Manage phone inquiries efficiently and courteously.
- Utilize a feature/benefit sales approach to guarantee consistent customer interactions.
- Highlight the advantages of our products compared to competitors.
- Implement a standardized quotation process for vehicle sales, trade-ins, and purchases.
- Promote additional products, accessories, financing options, warranties, and service contracts with all vehicle transactions.
- Introduce new clients to the service, parts, and finance departments, ensuring they are familiar with our offerings.
- Conduct thorough road tests and pre-delivery inspections prior to customer handover.
- Transform the delivery process into a memorable event that fosters customer loyalty.
- Meet established sales targets for both new and pre-owned vehicles in collaboration with the sales manager.
- Develop leads through showroom follow-ups, inquiries, and past customer relationships.
- Engage with customers through follow-up communications to encourage repeat business and satisfaction.
- Participate in ongoing training to stay updated on sales techniques and departmental developments.
