Key Responsibilities:
As a Vehicle Equipment Installation Specialist, you will be tasked with mechanical installation services for various truck equipment.

Equipment Involved:

This includes, but is not limited to, cranes, lift gates, inverters, and a variety of truck bodies such as dumps, service, utility, platforms, and custom builds.


Core Duties:
- Execute installations and maintenance tasks with efficiency and adherence to high-quality standards
- Follow company policies, standards, and procedures
- Ensure compliance with all safety protocols and maintain a clean workspace
- Accurately complete necessary documentation
- Maintain consistent attendance
- Undertake additional tasks and responsibilities as needed

Qualifications:
- Proven ability to install, troubleshoot, and repair truck equipment or possess a foundational understanding of mechanical and/or electrical systems, which may include: Heavy-duty mechanics
- Proficiency with electronic diagnostic tools
- Experience with 12-volt wiring and electronics installation and repair
- Knowledge of hydraulics
- Welding and/or fabrication skills or general knowledge

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Acceptable driving record for those driving under the company's insurance policy
- Ability to pass pre-employment background checks and drug screenings
- Capability to read and comprehend truck specifications documents
- Willingness to work overtime and be on-call as required
- Basic computer skills and knowledge
- Possession of a complete set of quality hand tools
- Physical ability to stand, kneel, and crouch for extended periods, climb ladders, and lift over 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation
- Minimum age of 21 and ability to obtain and maintain a DOT Medical Card, if necessary
