We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Veterinary Technician Trainer to join our team at BluePearl. As a Veterinary Technician Trainer, you will play a critical role in supporting the training and development of our veterinary technicians and assistants.
Key Responsibilities- Training and Development: Deliver effective training programs to veterinary technicians and assistants, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide exceptional patient care.
- Staff Support: Provide ongoing support and guidance to veterinary technicians and assistants, helping them to develop their skills and advance in their careers.
- Program Development: Collaborate with the national Technician Trainer to develop new training programs, digital content, and recruitment initiatives that support the growth and development of our team.
- Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of staff training and development, providing regular updates to management and leadership.
- Education and Experience: Maintain RVT/LVT/CVT certification in accordance with state laws. Possess a high school diploma and a veterinary technician skill level III or greater. Previous experience as a BluePearl Veterinary Technician (skill level IV or VTS) is preferred.
- Skills and Qualifications: Demonstrated capacity to deliver effective training, with a background in education or supervisory experience preferred.
