Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all tax operations, ensuring compliance with applicable tax laws and regulations.
- Prepare and review complex tax filings, including individual, S-corporation, C-corporation, and partnership returns.
- Conduct in-depth tax research and strategic planning to minimize tax exposure and enhance profitability.
- Develop and implement effective tax strategies and policies that align with the organization’s objectives.
- Provide expert tax advisory services to senior management, offering insights and recommendations for risk management.

Qualifications:

- Proven expertise in tax research and planning, with a track record of minimizing tax liabilities.
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities, with experience in developing high-performing teams.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities, with meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of conveying complex tax concepts to non-financial stakeholders.
- Proficient in tax software and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
- A strong commitment to ethical standards and professionalism, with the ability to handle sensitive information discreetly.
