Role Overview

This position is pivotal in spearheading financial and budget assessments by scrutinizing intricate financial and system data. The role entails leveraging data for variance analysis, enhancing processes, and preparing and disseminating financial metrics and essential indicators to support business decisions.

Main Duties

  • Ensure precise financial reporting metrics by evaluating financial data, executing complex data entry, confirming accuracy, and collaborating with senior management as necessary.
  • Facilitate informed decision-making by interpreting complex financial data and forecasting business trends.
  • Enhance individual and departmental productivity by pinpointing information sources, testing financial analysis models, and gathering reference data to promote business growth.
  • Formulate insightful recommendations that aid senior management in decision-making by acting as a functional and technical authority and analyzing financial performance to align budgetary guidelines with business needs.
  • Foster team member development by aiding in the onboarding of new associates, sharing expertise, addressing inquiries, and offering guidance on best practices within the area of responsibility to achieve business goals.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to identify and leverage investment opportunities by interpreting financial investment data, conducting trend analysis, assessing economic factors, and recognizing potential risks.
  • Deliver personalized and high-quality service by engaging with internal clients to resolve financial and budgetary inquiries, ensuring clarity regarding program components.
  • Promote continuous improvement by reviewing team financial analyses, identifying gaps, and providing feedback to ensure accurate research, implementing best practices, and producing reliable reports.
Educational Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and professional experience.
Experience Requirements

  • 5 years of relevant experience.

Preferred Experience

  • Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A).
  • Professional experience in a finance-related role.
  • Increasing levels of responsibility.
Preferred Knowledge

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Advanced knowledge of budget financial analysis and financial modeling.
  • Practical understanding of operational efficiency principles and best practices.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of financial operations.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Working knowledge of Hyperion, PowerBI, and SaaS.

Compensation

Base pay will vary based on education, experience, skills, geographic location, and business needs.

Annual Salary Range:
$84,000 - $127,000

Additional salary ranges apply for specific locations.
