- Business Partnership: Collaborate with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and develop strategic plans to drive growth and profitability.
- Financial Modeling and Planning: Develop and maintain complex financial models to support business decision-making, including budgeting, forecasting, and scenario planning.
- Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
- Team Leadership: Provide guidance and support to junior team members, including training and development opportunities.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in financial analysis and planning, with a strong background in budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling.
- Skills: Advanced Excel skills, financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and trend analysis.
- Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) experience: Proven experience in FP&A, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling.
- Professional certifications: Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation.
