Job Summary

We are seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team at one of our Watermark Retirement Communities locations. As a CNA, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct care to residents, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and transferring
  • Assist residents with daily living activities, such as eating, toileting, and ambulation
  • Monitor residents' health and report any changes or concerns to the nursing staff
  • Participate in resident care planning and implementation
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
Requirements
  • Current Certified Nursing Assistant license
  • 1 year experience as a CNA in an assisted living, skilled nursing, memory care, or home care setting
  • Able to work weekends and holidays
  • Diligent in paperwork
  • Excellent work ethic
  • Great assessment skills
  • Computer skills with online systems
  • Interested in learning and growing your skill set
