**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Culinary Specialist to join our team at Huddle House. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality food to our customers.
**Responsibilities:**
* Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to Huddle House standards for food safety and quality.
* Prepare and cook food to order, utilizing knowledge of menu items and daily features.
* Stock and restock ingredients and supplies as needed, ensuring that the kitchen is well-stocked and ready for the next shift.
* Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless service and efficient food preparation.
* Maintain a positive attitude and provide excellent customer service, responding to customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner.
* Participate in prepping and cleaning duties as assigned by supervisor, ensuring that the kitchen is clean and ready for the next shift.
* Control waste and portion control to minimize food costs and maximize profitability.
* Communicate effectively with other team members, providing clear and concise information to ensure smooth service.
**Requirements:**
* Basic reading, writing, and verbal communication skills required.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with mobility required during the entire shift.
