Culinary Specialist

We are seeking an experienced culinary professional to join our team at Aladdin Campus Dining. As a cook, you will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality meals to students and staff at West Virginia Wesleyan College.
Key Responsibilities:- Prepare and cook a variety of meals, including breakfast, lunch, and dinner options
- Ensure food quality and presentation meet our high standards
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
- Follow safe food handling practices and procedures
- Work effectively in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with kitchen staff to meet production demands
We are looking for a candidate with at least one year of prior culinary experience in a quality and high-volume establishment. You should have a working knowledge of proper culinary methods, techniques, and standards. Excellent attention to detail and the ability to perform multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment are essential.
Candidate must have customer service experience and be able to use various kitchen equipment and tools. Food handlers certification is a plus.
