Key Responsibilities- Serve as a Role Model: Provide dining service to our residents, setting the standard for exceptional customer service and quality of care.
- Train and Develop Team Members: Assist in training and developing team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to provide exceptional dining services.
- Maintain Dining Room Setup: Ensure the dining room is set up and maintained to the highest standards, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere for our residents.
- Assist with Special Events: Assist in planning and executing special events, such as holiday meals and themed dining experiences.
- Monitor Checklists and Cleanliness: Monitor and maintain checklists to ensure the dining area is clean and ready for service, meeting all regulatory standards.
- Handle Food and Beverages: Ensure all food and beverages are handled and served in accordance with sanitary procedures and standards.
- Education: High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of one year experience in fine dining hospitality and/or full service senior living.
- Skills: Ability to handle multiple priorities, possess written and verbal skills for effective communication, and demonstrate good judgment, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
