Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Feeder/Packer Trainee to join our team at Sabert. As a Feeder/Packer Trainee, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Feed paper blanks into machines and sort products with precision and accuracy.
  • Pack clamshell or fry cartons, inspecting product for quality and ensuring proper gluing.
  • Monitor quality control, removing loose scrap and maintaining R.S.C. inventory.
  • Assist operators with cleaning and maintaining equipment, and perform other duties as required.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or GED preferred.
  • Packaging experience in a manufacturing setting is a plus.
  • Ability to read, understand, and comprehend safety rules, quality procedures, and machine operating instructions.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
Working Conditions

This role requires the ability to work in a manufacturing environment with exposure to machinery and physical demands. Safety glasses, hearing protection, and steel-toed shoes are required. Task-specific PPE may also be necessary.
