Job Summary

As a Private Equity Mergers and Acquisitions Attorney, you will work closely with our national private equity group to advise clients on complex private equity transactions. You will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of deals, from initial due diligence to closing, and will be responsible for drafting and negotiating transaction documents. We are looking for a skilled and experienced attorney who is passionate about private equity transactions and has a strong track record of success.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • 7+ years of experience in Mergers and Acquisitions, Private Equity
  • Prior experience in private practice
  • Excellent interpersonal, analytical, and writing skills
  • Strong academic background
  • J.D. from an ABA-Accredited Law School
  • Active attorney license in at least one U.S. jurisdiction and ability to be promptly admitted in MN, IA, or WI

Estimated Salary: $180,000 - $250,000 per year
