Job Title: Stocktaker - Administrative

Job Summary:

The Stocktaker is a critical role within our Inventory Control team, responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our warehouse inventory. This position requires a high level of attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform weekly cycle counts to verify inventory levels and identify discrepancies
  • Count and record merchandise on the warehouse floor, comparing it to information in our database
  • Service customers by assisting with product selection and retrieval
  • Research and resolve discrepancies between physical counts and database records
  • Operate a Scissor Lift as needed to access high shelves
  • Provide excellent customer service and support

Requirements:

  • Excellent math skills and attention to detail
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with proprietary systems
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds frequently and up to 100 pounds occasionally
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities

Work Environment:

The Stocktaker will work in a warehouse environment with varying temperatures and exposure to industrial vehicles. The ability to work at heights and in a fast-paced environment is required.

Compensation:

The hourly rate for this position is $15.24.
