About the Position:

Crisis Preparation and Recovery Inc is seeking a skilled Public Safety Outpatient Therapist to join our team. As an outpatient therapist, you will provide evidence-based treatments to first responders struggling with behavioral health issues. You will work collaboratively with our Public Safety team to identify client service needs and develop individualized treatment plans. The ideal candidate will have a strong clinical background and experience working with trauma-informed care. In addition to providing direct services, you will also participate in training and supervision requirements during your first 90 days of employment and throughout your tenure with our organization.

The estimated salary for this position is $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience. Our comprehensive benefits package includes medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as a 401(k) plan with company match. We also offer opportunities for professional growth and development.

Please note that all candidates must have a current license issued by the Arizona Board of Behavioral Health Examiners and at least two years of post-master's experience providing outpatient counseling services.
