Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team at Soliant. As a Speech Therapist, you will be responsible for assessing and treating students with communication disorders in a school setting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assessment and Treatment: Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify students' communication needs and develop individualized treatment plans to address these needs.
  • IEPs and Evaluations: Collaborate with special education staff to develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and conduct evaluations to identify students' communication strengths and weaknesses.
  • Caseload Management: Manage a caseload of students with varying communication needs and develop strategies to support their communication development.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with teachers, parents, and other professionals to ensure that students receive comprehensive support and services.
Requirements:
  • Education: Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders (SLP) from an accredited program.
  • Experience: Minimum 1+ years of experience as a Speech Language Pathologist in a school or pediatric setting.
  • Licensure: Active Maryland State License as a Speech Language Pathologist.
