Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team at a prestigious school in Maryland. As an SLP, you will be responsible for assessing and treating students with communication disorders, developing and implementing individualized education plans (IEPs), and collaborating with special education staff to ensure the best possible outcomes for our students.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify students' communication needs and develop targeted interventions
  • Develop and implement IEPs that address students' communication goals and objectives
  • Collaborate with special education staff to ensure seamless communication and coordination of services
  • Provide individual and group therapy sessions to students with varying communication needs
  • Monitor and evaluate students' progress, making adjustments to interventions as needed
Requirements:
  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders (SLP)
  • Active Maryland State License
  • Minimum 1+ years of experience in school and/or pediatric settings
  • Experience with IEPs and collaborative work with special education staff
