About the Role

ZSG is looking for an experienced Accounting Coordinator to manage various aspects of our accounting operations.

Salary Range: $50,000 - $60,000 annually

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Process vendor invoices and ensure timely payments.
  2. Maintain the accounts payable system, including reconciling vendor accounts and preparing month-end reports.

Key Requirements:

  • Demonstrated computer skills, particularly in Excel and Office software.
  • Previous accounting experience, preferably one year or more.
  • Flexibility to work overtime, including weekends and holidays as needed.

Desirable Qualifications:

  • Post-secondary education in accounting or finance, or currently pursuing a degree.
  • Familiarity with MS Dynamics 365 and tax regulations in Kentucky and/or Georgia.
