Key Responsibilities- Specimen Collection: Collect specimens from clients in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Chain of Custody: Maintain accurate records of specimen collection, processing, and transportation, adhering to established procedures and protocols.
- Transportation: Safely transport specimens, supplies, and equipment to designated locations, maintaining a clean and organized vehicle.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional service to clients, responding to their needs and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Quality Control: Maintain accurate records of quality control measures, ensuring compliance with established protocols and procedures.
- Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Experience: 1+ year of experience in specimen collection or a related field
- Certifications: DOT Certification and any other necessary documentation
- Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and basic computer skills
This position requires the ability to sit, stand, and drive for extended periods. The ideal candidate will have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
