Job Overview

We are seeking a Certified Clinical Assistant to enhance our medical practice. In this role, you will be tasked with assessing patient needs and supporting our healthcare provider during various medical tasks. Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and record patient vital signs
  • Administer injections as directed by the healthcare provider
  • Input patient information into our Electronic Medical Records (EMR) system (eClinicalWorks)
  • Conduct minor diagnostic tests (such as urinalysis, strep tests, EKGs, etc.)
  • Assist with routine clinical functions to aid medical personnel
  • Guide patients to examination rooms

Required Qualifications:

  • Certification as a Medical Assistant (State of NC) is mandatory
  • At least 1 year of relevant experience in a similar capacity
  • Familiarity with eClinicalWorks is advantageous
  • Excellent organizational abilities
  • Capability to excel in a dynamic and fast-paced setting
