About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Floor Care Technician to join our team at Encompass Onsite. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and safety of our client locations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine floor maintenance, including stripping, waxing, buffing, and shampooing of hard surfaces and carpets.
  • Vacuum, bonnet, and extract carpets, stairwells, and upholstery.
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment by adhering to our high standards of quality and service.
  • Operate specialized power equipment and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • Proactively plan work schedules to ensure daily tasks are completed efficiently.
  • Comply with all safety requirements and procedures, including OSHA and EPA regulations.
Requirements
  • Basic reading, writing, and arithmetic skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and the general public.
  • Previous floor care experience is highly preferred.
  • Prior solid surface care experience is a plus, but not required.
