Pulmonary Medicine Specialist

The Pulmonary Medicine Specialist will be an integral part of the healthcare team, delivering exceptional, patient-centered care within a collaborative environment. This role is designed for a physician dedicated to providing comprehensive and compassionate medical services to patients with respiratory conditions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough medical evaluations and manage patient care in conjunction with a multidisciplinary team.
- Supervise and mentor medical residents and students, fostering their education and professional development.
- Engage in clinical programs aimed at improving patient outcomes and ensuring adherence to established medical standards.
- Participate in administrative duties, including maintaining accurate medical records and complying with facility regulations.
- Contribute to research initiatives within the field of pulmonary medicine as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Must possess a Doctor of Medicine (MD) or equivalent degree from an accredited institution.
- Current, unrestricted medical license to practice in the United States.
- Completion of an accredited residency program in Internal Medicine with board certification or eligibility in Pulmonary Medicine.
- Proficiency in both spoken and written English.
Physical Requirements:
Applicants must meet the physical standards necessary for the role, including the ability to lift and move patients, as well as the capacity for prolonged periods of standing and walking.
