Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Supervisor to join our team at Spectrum. As a Construction Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the construction efforts of our in-house teams and contract labor. This includes supervising productivity, safety, and quality of work performed within the construction department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate construction efforts to ensure timely completion of projects
  • Monitor and maintain high standards of safety and quality control
  • Manage and train in-house construction teams and contract labor
  • Coordinate with engineers and developers to design and implement construction projects
  • Perform site inspections to ensure compliance with regulations and company standards
  • Monitor and report on daily production and submit reports as required
  • Reconcile submitted invoices to work completed in the field
  • Coordinate permitting and make-ready process for construction projects
Requirements
  • 3+ years of OSP construction work experience in the Telecom field
  • High School Diploma or equivalent work experience, Associates degree in electronics or related field, or equivalent experience
  • Industry and vendor-specific certifications and training (NCTI, SCTE, BCT/E)
  • Valid CDL license with satisfactory driving record within Company required standards
Preferred Qualifications
  • Project supervision experience in HFC/FTTH construction
