We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Supervisor to join our team at Spectrum. As a key member of our construction department, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, organization, and execution of construction projects.

• Supervise and coordinate construction efforts to ensure timely completion of projects
• Plan and organize construction schedules, resources, and budgets
• Monitor and control construction costs, quality, and safety
• Coordinate with engineers and developers to design and implement construction projects
• Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
• Manage and maintain accurate records of construction progress and performance
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including customers, contractors, and internal teams

• 3+ years of experience in OSP construction work in the Telecom field
• High School Diploma or equivalent, Associates degree in electronics or related field, or equivalent experience
• Valid CDL license with satisfactory driving record
• Industry-specific certifications and training (NCTI, SCTE, BCT/E)

• Project supervision experience in HFC/FTTH construction
• Leadership and management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
