Behavioral Therapist

We are seeking a highly skilled Behavior Consultant to join our team at Alternative Community Resource Programs Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing individualized treatment plans for clients, providing consultation and assessment, and collaborating with consumers and families to achieve positive outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and direct individualized treatment plans for clients
• Provide consultation and assessment services
• Collaborate with consumers and families to achieve positive outcomes
• Implement behavioral interventions and strategies
• Collect and analyze data to inform treatment plans

Requirements:

• Licensed behavioral specialist or equivalent certification
• Graduate degree in psychology, social work, education, or counseling
• Minimum of 1 year of full-time experience in providing mental health direct services to children, youth, or young adults
