About the Role:
As a Retail Merchandising Specialist with SPAR, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our clients' products are presented in the most compelling way possible. This part-time position involves servicing various clients and retailers, conducting resets, product cut-ins, returns, and other general merchandising activities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Meet with site or department managers to review service call objectives
• Locate displays and remove old product
• Complete full inventory scanning and validate product stocking, merchandising, and display systems using planograms
• Maintain quality results by following and enforcing standards
• Possibly travel from store to store, managing setup, display of merchandise, or current promotions
• Complete call forms and upload photos taken
Requirements:
• Merchandising and/or retail experience
• Availability of weekday daytime hours
• Ability to understand plan-o-grams
• Ability to carry and lift up to 40 lbs. repeatedly
• Ability to bend, stoop, and stand for extended periods
• Reliable transportation, some travel involved
