COMPENSATION: The compensation for this role ranges from $70,000 to $75,000, influenced by various factors such as your skills, qualifications, relevant certifications, prior experience, market data, and other pertinent elements. Additional compensation may include bonuses or commissions, if applicable. This represents Aramark's good faith estimate of the compensation range for this position at the time of posting.
Upon hiring, the employee will be considered 'at-will,' and Aramark reserves the right to adjust base salary and other discretionary payments or compensation programs at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to individual performance, departmental performance, and market conditions.

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and train kitchen staff while coordinating all culinary operations.
- Forecast food requirements and manage food procurement.
- Develop and standardize recipes to ensure consistent quality.
- Establish quality standards for presentation and pricing of menus.
- Ensure proper operation and maintenance of kitchen equipment, along with adherence to safety and sanitation protocols.
- Oversee special catering events and may provide culinary training or demonstrations.

Qualifications
- 2-3 years of experience in a similar role.
- 2-3 years of post-secondary education or equivalent experience.
- Culinary degree is preferred.
- Advanced knowledge of culinary principles and practices.
- Experience in managing personnel and resolving issues.
- Strong oral, reading, and written communication skills.
