About the Role

The Call Center Representative will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our members, answering phone calls, and resolving account-related inquiries. This role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer phone calls and respond to member inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Resolve account-related issues and provide solutions to members.
  • Maintain accurate records and data entry as necessary.
  • Work collaboratively with other departments to achieve service quality standards.
  • Develop sound solutions and make on-the-spot decisions to meet member needs.
Requirements

We are seeking a highly motivated and goal-oriented individual with strong communication and interpersonal skills. A high school diploma is required, and two years of experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred.
