You will serve as a key ally to store and field leadership by identifying and reporting theft incidents or suspicious individuals to your Manager on Duty.
Professional Presence:

+ Maintain a strategic position at the store's entrance, remaining alert and aware of your surroundings.
+ Greet every customer entering or leaving the store with a warm smile and an enthusiastic greeting, reinforcing a sense of security.

Knowledge and Communication:
+ Attain mastery of key theft-prone areas and support initiatives aimed at loss prevention.
+ Communicate effectively about theft prevention strategies during store meetings, collaborating with the Manager on Duty.
+ Conduct checks on bags and packages of store and corporate associates, ensuring compliance with safety and security standards.
+ Recognize your role in maintaining the safety and security of the store and its assets.
Support and Training:
+ Assist in training team members on loss prevention programs and procedures.
+ Model safety as a priority and address any unsafe practices immediately.
Qualifications and Responsibilities:
+ A minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service, retail, or loss prevention is preferred.
+ Ability to stand and walk for extended periods while visually monitoring the store environment.
+ Commitment to confidentiality is essential.
+ Ability to analyze and understand business trends.
+ Exhibit a positive attitude, strong posture, and energetic greetings.
