Job Responsibilities: As a Front-End Clerk, your primary responsibilities will include maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction, processing sales and returns accurately and efficiently, and addressing customer complaints in a professional manner. You will work closely with customers to resolve issues and ensure their needs are met. You will also be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized work environment, adhering to company rules and policies, and performing other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements: To excel in this role, you must have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interact with customers in a friendly and helpful way. You should be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and make sound decisions under pressure. Basic math skills are necessary to handle sales transactions and balance cash receipts. This position requires an individual who can sit, stand, walk, bend, climb stairs, and carry loads up to 25 pounds. Proficiency in English language is essential.
