The ER Clinical Supervisor is a designated leader responsible for the safe operation of the assigned department, including patient care, staffing, fiscal responsibility, and strategic goals. This role promotes a safe environment for employees, families, and visitors while maintaining clinical and professional competency. The target 100 behavior is promoted at all times.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Director to ensure the continuous safe operation of the department.
- Implement, supervise, and evaluate safe patient care while promoting a safe environment.
- Maintain clinical and professional competency as appropriate to the population.
- Lead by example, promoting a positive and respectful work environment.
Requirements:
- A valid Permanent Multi-State RN License from the state in which you reside.
- BSN preferred.
- 3 years of ED experience with demonstrated leadership ability.
- Certifications as required by designated unit assignment.
