About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team at Actalent. As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute comprehensive quality assurance plans to ensure the quality and reliability of our products.
  • Design, implement, and oversee testing protocols for hardware components and systems.
  • Conduct root cause analysis and drive corrective actions to address quality issues.
  • Collaborate with design, manufacturing, and supply chain teams to ensure quality standards are met throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Develop and maintain quality documentation, including test plans, test reports, and inspection records.
Requirements
  • Electromechanical experience is highly preferred.
  • Experience working with robotic products/systems is required.
  • Working at an automation provider or OEM of large similar equipment.
  • Experience with reliability plans and testing is preferred.
  • Experienced in problem-solving tools/methods such as DOE, Fault trees, Fishbone, 5 whys, etc. and creating ECOs (Engineering Change Orders).
  • Experienced in risk management tools such as DFMEA/PFMEA.
  • Experienced using a PLM tool such as Omnify is highly preferred.
  • Good knowledge and experience with verification and validation testing and production test equipment qualification.
  • Being able to work in a Quality/Manufacturing Environment.
  • Strong knowledge of product development tollgate processes.
