We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team at Actalent. As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our products.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute comprehensive quality assurance plans to ensure the quality and reliability of our products.
- Design, implement, and oversee testing protocols for hardware components and systems.
- Conduct root cause analysis and drive corrective actions to address quality issues.
- Collaborate with design, manufacturing, and supply chain teams to ensure quality standards are met throughout the product lifecycle.
- Develop and maintain quality documentation, including test plans, test reports, and inspection records.
- Electromechanical experience is highly preferred.
- Experience working with robotic products/systems is required.
- Working at an automation provider or OEM of large similar equipment.
- Experience with reliability plans and testing is preferred.
- Experienced in problem-solving tools/methods such as DOE, Fault trees, Fishbone, 5 whys, etc. and creating ECOs (Engineering Change Orders).
- Experienced in risk management tools such as DFMEA/PFMEA.
- Experienced using a PLM tool such as Omnify is highly preferred.
- Good knowledge and experience with verification and validation testing and production test equipment qualification.
- Being able to work in a Quality/Manufacturing Environment.
- Strong knowledge of product development tollgate processes.
