Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement health education programs and initiatives for students, leveraging the university's commitment to holistic development and community significance.
  • Conduct health assessments and provide individualized health education counseling to students.
  • Collaborate with faculty and staff to integrate health education into the academic curriculum, ensuring students thrive in a supportive environment.
  • Organize workshops, seminars, and events focused on wellness topics, including nutrition, mental health, and physical fitness.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of health education programs and initiatives through assessments and feedback.
  • Act as a resource for students regarding health-related issues, providing referrals as needed.
  • Promote healthy lifestyles and habits through outreach activities and social media engagement.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Public Health, Health Education, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • At least 2 years of experience in health education or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of health promotion principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a diverse academic environment.
  • Strong organizational skills with a detail-oriented approach.
