Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond promptly to guest requests and communicate effectively with supervisors.
  • Perform routine cleaning tasks in guest rooms, including vacuuming, mopping, dusting, and sanitizing bathrooms.
  • Replace linens and towels, and restock amenities according to established standards.
  • Meet performance and productivity benchmarks set by the hotel.
  • Utilize mobile technology for job assignments and to update room status.
  • Conduct deep cleaning tasks as scheduled.
  • Report maintenance issues and deficiencies in guest rooms using mobile applications.

Qualifications:

Basic proficiency in English is required, including the ability to read and follow written instructions. Previous experience in hotel housekeeping is preferred.

This role involves standing and walking for extended periods, bending, and lifting objects weighing up to 40 lbs. Candidates should be comfortable using stairs frequently throughout their shift.
