We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Live-in Caregiver to join our team at Right at Home Boston NW. As a Live-in Caregiver, you will provide personal care and support to seniors, disabled adults, and individuals recovering at home after a hospital stay.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist patients with activities of daily living, including personal hygiene, ambulation, dressing, and meal preparation.
  • Accompany patients on errands and medical appointments.
  • Perform light housekeeping tasks and provide companionship.
  • Engage patients in activities that promote their physical and emotional well-being.
Requirements:
  • 18+ years of age.
  • Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English as needed for the job.
  • Valid driver's license, automobile, and current automobile insurance.
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Meet the requirements for employees providing direct patient care, including passing a full employment background check.
  • Successful completion of a Competency Evaluation during the interview process.
  • 1+ year of experience as a personal caregiver (with an agency or private).
  • Current CPR Certificate is recommended.
  • CNA, HHA, or PCA training certificate is preferred but experience is also a factor.
  • Fully vaccinated against COVID-19 as client requested.
