About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to join our team. This is a full-time permanent position responsible for overseeing commercial construction projects from ground up, additions & renovations.

  • The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of commercial project experience, including ground up and out of ground projects.
  • A strong background in subcontractor management, field safety, and construction coordination is essential.
Key Responsibilities

This role will involve:

  • Coordinating with field personnel, contractors, and customers to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Managing daily reports, look ahead schedules, and document control onsite.
  • Ensuring compliance with safety protocols and best practices.
  • Liaising with stakeholders to resolve issues and improve project outcomes.
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., construction management, engineering).
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Outlook, project management software, and scheduling tools.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
