Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced NICU RN to join our team at Methodist Charlton Medical Center. As a NICU Nurse Leader, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and leading resuscitation efforts in the absence of a provider.

Responsibilities
  • Provide care for Level II NICU babies, including those with gestational ages between 32 weeks and birth
  • Lead resuscitation efforts in the absence of a provider, especially during night shifts
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans
  • Participate in unit-specific initiatives to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction
Requirements
  • 4 years of prior NICU RN experience required
  • Experience with Epic charting system
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with patient types (neonates) and BLS, NRP required
  • First-time travelers accepted
