**Job Summary:**

As a Front Desk Agent at Aimbridge Hospitality, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service and ensuring a smooth stay experience.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Greet and welcome guests, responding to their inquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner
* Maintain the front desk area, ensuring it is clean and organized
* Handle guest check-ins and check-outs, processing payments and handling any issues that may arise
* Respond to guest requests for information, mail, and messages
* Collaborate with other hotel staff to ensure seamless guest service

**Requirements:**

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
* Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
* Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
