Night Auditor

The Night Auditor is a critical role at Residence Inn Waldorf, responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the front desk during the overnight shift. This position requires attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and excellent communication abilities.

• Front Desk Operations: Register guests, manage reservations, and handle guest requests in a professional and courteous manner.
• Accounting and Finance: Balance transactions, prepare daily reports, and maintain accurate records of financial transactions.
• Security and Safety: Conduct security walks, ensure the hotel is secure, and respond to emergency situations as needed.
• Communication and Teamwork: Collaborate with other departments, provide excellent customer service, and maintain a positive and respectful attitude.

• Education: High School diploma or equivalent required; college coursework in a related field is helpful.
• Experience: At least 1 year of progressive experience in a hotel or related field required.
• Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, ability to work independently, and proficiency in Windows operating systems and company-approved software.
