Job Summary

Brenntag is seeking a highly skilled Site Safety Regulatory Quality Coordinator to support the development of a positive Quality, Safety, Health, and Environment (QSHE) culture. The ideal candidate will assist the Brenntag Mid-South QSHE Leader in projects and coordination of programs to support continuous improvement and positive QSHE culture that aims towards safety excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  • QSHE Management Support: Provide support, administration, and analysis for the operations group functional areas of QSHE Management that maintain Brenntag Mid-South QSHE requirements, in line with Global QSHE strategy.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate and point of contact with Regional/Global QSHE and stakeholders on projects, initiatives, and programs with tracking of status.
  • Performance Reporting: Prepare Regional QSHE performance reports, scorecards, best practices, lessons learned and analysis of performance trends and general KPIs interpretation.
  • Regional Information Analysis: Analyze the regional information and provide summaries to support the further development of the QSHE culture.
  • Site Visits and Meetings: Participate in periodic site visits and Regional QSHE meetings to develop the necessary knowledge of the operations, the business, and the networking to keep the QSHE strategy connected to the real QSHE needs of the organization and its stakeholders, in aligned with both the Regional/Global QSHE strategy.
  • Training Initiatives: Collaboration with stakeholders on Regional/Global QSHE training initiatives.
  • Budget Process: Coordination of Regional QSHE budget process and tracking of status.
  • Information Management: Administrator of information on various Regional QSHE platforms (Database, SharePoint, Websites, Programs, Projects, etc.).
  • Best Practice Sharing: Best Practice sharing with Global QSHE Team concerning Regional QSHE projects and programs.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience: 5+ years in project, administrative, coordination or related function.
