Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Module Design/Development Test Lead to join our Advanced Microelectronics Solutions (AMS) Department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the test of RF/microwave modules containing GaAs- and GaN-based monolithic microwave integrated circuit (MMIC) products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough testing on multi-channel RF Modules to characterize receive and transmit behavior
  • Maintain and troubleshoot rackmount test stations and LabVIEW test scripts
  • Collaborate with RF module design and assembly teams to ensure seamless integration
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) with a minimum of 5+ years of experience in RF/Microwave modules
  • Experience with microwave testing techniques, including spectrum analyzers, Real-time Spectrum Analyzers (RSAs), Vector Network Analyzers (VNAs), and Performance Network Analyzer (PNAs)
  • Proficiency in LabVIEW scripting and data analysis
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance
Preferred Qualifications
  • Master's degree or PhD in a Science, Technology, Engineering & Math (STEM) field
  • Experience in a production environment with a strong academic background in microwave engineering and systems
  • Proficiency in analytical tools such as Matlab, Python, or JMPCurrent DoD Secret level security clearance
