Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Overnight Concierge to join our team at The Springs Living Happy Valley. As a key member of our community, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, responding to resident emergencies, and ensuring the overall well-being of our residents.

Responsibilities

  • Emergency Response
    • Act as a first responder to resident emergency calls, including calling 911 on their behalf if necessary and providing first aid
  • Community Maintenance
    • Perform light housekeeping duties in the lobby and theater, including vacuuming, dusting, sanitizing counters, mopping, and emptying trash and recycling bins
  • Security and Safety
    • Monitor security cameras to ensure the safety and security of our residents and community
  • Communication
    • Answer phone calls and respond to resident questions or concerns in a timely and professional manner

Qualifications

  • Prior experience in customer service or a related field
  • Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from residents, staff, and visitors
  • Ability to prioritize and complete assignments in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to interpret written or verbal instructions and take appropriate action
  • Ability to solve practical problems and make sound judgments
