Requirements:
  • Proven experience in construction management or as a field superintendent.
  • Advanced knowledge of construction management processes, techniques, and methods.
  • Expertise in building materials, construction details, and relevant regulations and quality standards.
  • Familiarity with construction management software.
  • Strong planning skills with an ability to understand the "big picture".
  • Effective conflict and crisis management skills.
  • Leadership and team management abilities.
  • Excellent time and project management skills.
  • Preferred: BS degree in construction management, architecture, engineering, or a related field.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as required.
