Compensation: The expected wage range for this role is $23 - $25 per hour.

Role Responsibilities

As a Staffing Coordinator, you will:

  • Foster and maintain collaborative relationships with care personnel to guarantee equitable staffing distributions.
  • Ensure all care shifts are adequately filled.
  • Assist with or administer medications as directed by healthcare professionals to residents when necessary.
Qualifications

Ideal candidates should possess:

  • A CNA certification or relevant caregiving experience.
  • First Aid and CPR certification.
  • Completion of training in medication administration.
  • A minimum of six months of experience in a similar role.
  • Compliance with all licensing regulations.
