About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Architect to join our team at The Travelers Indemnity Company. As a key member of our Applied Modernization architecture organization, you will collaborate with senior Technology and Business leaders to drive innovation and influence solutions that impact the business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Apply your broad Guidewire architecture experience to support a strategic Guidewire initiative
  • Provide consulting to our division architects and champion the establishment of an enterprise Guidewire architecture practice
  • Help align capabilities within Guidewire to fit the needs of our business groups and promote reusability and commonality
  • Establish governance and control processes to ensure successful and healthy Guidewire implementations
  • Demonstrate a strong passion for following and sharing Guidewire's Cloud roadmap and highlight opportunities and challenges to complement our initiatives
Requirements
  • Architecture experience with a strong background in Guidewire Cloud, Policy Center, and Billing Center
  • Previous experience in providing mentorship to architects and establishing strategic technology direction
  • Proven track record of influencing senior leadership and driving technology transformations
  • Strong grasp of value creation and business capability models, as well as innovation and continuous improvement
  • Cloud Architecture Certification (AWS, GCP, or Azure) or strong architecture experience on Cloud
