This position demands a precise approach to financial documentation, a robust grasp of accounting principles, and the capability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. A hybrid work schedule will be available following the training period.
Key Responsibilities:- Prepare and uphold financial statements and reports.
- Reconcile general ledger accounts to ensure the accuracy of financial data.
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing procedures.
- Conduct bank reconciliations and manage cash flow forecasts.
- Support budgeting and forecasting initiatives.
- Assist in the preparation of tax returns and other regulatory submissions.
- Collaborate with auditors during both internal and external audits.
- Ensure adherence to accounting standards and company policies.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
- A minimum of two years of experience in accounting or a similar position.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
- Capability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Temporary to permanent position.
- Standard working hours are Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
- Hybrid work arrangement available after training.
Hourly rate ranges from $33.00 to $36.00.
