This position demands a precise approach to financial documentation, a robust grasp of accounting principles, and the capability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. A hybrid work schedule will be available following the training period.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and uphold financial statements and reports.
  • Reconcile general ledger accounts to ensure the accuracy of financial data.
  • Assist in month-end and year-end closing procedures.
  • Conduct bank reconciliations and manage cash flow forecasts.
  • Support budgeting and forecasting initiatives.
  • Assist in the preparation of tax returns and other regulatory submissions.
  • Collaborate with auditors during both internal and external audits.
  • Ensure adherence to accounting standards and company policies.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
  • A minimum of two years of experience in accounting or a similar position.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Capability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Employment Details:
  • Temporary to permanent position.
  • Standard working hours are Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
  • Hybrid work arrangement available after training.
Compensation:

Hourly rate ranges from $33.00 to $36.00.
