This position will be located at our facility in a state-of-the-art manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with business and production design teams to develop and implement efficient manufacturing processes for new products.
  • Manage multi-shift production operations to meet daily schedules and optimize productivity.
  • Work with managers and supervisors to improve process efficiency and effectiveness in Surface Mount Technology and Box Build Departments.
  • Develop cost-effective processes for new products in collaboration with equipment designers and manufacturing teams.
  • Set detailed specifications and implement production plans to ensure quality and efficiency.
  • Conduct system tests to verify the success of production processes.
  • Oversee process design and project timelines to ensure timely completion.
  • Maintain financial budgets and improve manufacturing processes to increase productivity.
  • Research and purchase new manufacturing technology to stay ahead of industry trends.
  • Implement and transition new technology successfully to minimize downtime.

Basic Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum of 4 years' experience working in a Manufacturing environment.
  • 2+ years of experience improving process efficiency in Surface Mount Technology and Box Build Departments.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with SAP preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
  • Previous experience working in an electronic manufacturing facility.
