Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented, customer service-focused Patient Care Coordinator to join our Post Falls Family Medicine Team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of medical clerical duties, including registration and pre-registration functions to ensure smooth patient transitions through required services. They will prepare pre-registration packets, obtain necessary documentation, process co-payments and payments, register patients, update medical records, and back up incoming calls.

Requirements

  • Knowledge of basic computer programs such as Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to type at least 40 words per minute
  • Ability to relate and work effectively with others
  • Demonstrates excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong Customer Service background
  • Prior clerical or medical office experience preferred
