Job Description

We are seeking a Claim Resolution Expert to join our team at QMACS, Inc. in Richardson, Texas.

Job Summary

This is a full-time position responsible for performing follow-up actions with insurance companies to ensure timely and full payment, researching and submitting corrected claims and/or appeals as necessary, and processing and documenting adjustments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Call insurance companies regarding any discrepancies in payments if necessary
  • Provide additional information to clients to facilitate collection
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Previous medical billing experience required
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills
Compensation

The estimated salary for this position is $55,000 - $75,000 per year, depending on experience.
